Our goal is to make wakeboarding more popular and free. Give the possibility to rider to show his individuality.
Warranty
We warranty our products purchased to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
“Alride boards” only responsibility shall be limited to credit, repair or replacement of the defective product. “Alride boards” assure the quality of boards upon correct usage condition: kiting, boat riding, park wakeboarding on standard plastic obstacles.
Not warranty cases:
- *promo and test boards
- *rough mechanical damage, hit an obstacle, dents etc.
- *rail riding instead of standard plastic park obstacles
- *incorrect binding and fins installation
- *transportation board damage
The guarantee does not apply on damaged mortgage as a consequence of not properly installed fixtures, as well as after hitting the water or obstacles when performing stunts. Filling reinforced carbon fiber and have a large margin of safety, but in a critical situation in the first place take on the load in order to avoid injuries of athletes.
